My name is Theresa. (Just a girl with a hammock)
I am from the South of Austria. I grew up surrounded by mountains, cows and grasslands. I always wanted to go abroad and leave the small home village (800 people) behind me and explore the world. I am 20 years old and starting the most beautiful journey, called life, in Bali.

How did you get involved in travel?
"As many travelers I wanted to see more, feel more and experience more from our world. I am always looking for different perspectives and mindsets too improve myself and to step out of my comfort zone.
As it has happened to many travelers, I came specifically only to Bali to go on holiday for a few weeks.
But for me it was very quickly clear: Loving Bali, never coming back.
Now I can call Bali my new home and I am lucky enough to be able to plan an unforgettable trip for others."

"One of my worst and also best travel experiences was when I was about to drive to Jatiluwih to see the rice fields on my 3 day on Bali. Unfortunately, on the entire way to Jatiluwih it was raining.... a lot. With a lot I mean I could not see anything anymore, the road was floated and my motorbike has stopped working in the middle of nowhere in the dark. I also could not call a friend because also my mobile phone needed a big bowl of rice.
Fortunately, after 1 hour a cute woman was about to passing me and stopped. I thought she would drive me to a Warung. Actually, after a 15 minute drive, we arrived her home. There I met her husband, kids, parents, nephews.... I ended up spending 2 days with them. They showed me how to cook their national meals, we sang & danced together and just having 2 amazing days.
